غضنفری با اشاره به این كه تا پایان امسال این مسیر را ادامه خواهیم داد‌، اظهارداشت: این طرح‌ها را در قالب 20 تا 30 پروژه تا پایان سال ادامه خواهیم داد و در صورتی كه بخش خصوصی حاضر به مشاركت نشد‌، خودمان وارد عمل می‌شویم‌.

این مقام مسئول ادامه داد: این پروژه‌ها در استان‌هایی همچون آذربایجان شرقی‌، آذربایجان غربی‌، لرستان‌، اردبیل‌، خراسان شمالی، كردستان، سمنان، زنجان و مركزی اجرا می شود‌.

غضنفری افزود: البته برای توسعه صنایع نوین در مناطق كمتر توسعه یافته یا محروم، از ما خواسته می‌شود درصورت عدم مراجعه بخش خصوصی با 100 درصد سرمایه‌گذاری در این مناطق كار كنیم و به طور مرتب پروژه ها در این مناطق فراخوان می‌شوند تا سرمایه‌گذاران مشاركت كنند.

وی با اشاره به این كه براساس فرمول جدید خرید تضمینی‌، هم‌اكنون 134 مركز خرید فعال است كه آمادگی افزایش این مراكز به 700 مركز نیز وجود دارد‌، اظهارداشت: تا زمان حاضر نیز نزدیك به 400 میلیارد تومان وجه به كشاورزان پرداخت شده است‌.

وزیر صنعت‌، معدن و تجارت با تاكید براین كه پرداخت وجوه كشاورزان به صورت نقدی و در كمتر از 48 ساعت پس از تحویل گندم در حال انجام است‌، تصریح كرد: طبق مصوبه دولت درخصوص 25 تومان اضافه مبلغ خرید كه پاداش تولید است این مبلغ به تمام كشاورزانی كه از ابتدای فصل فروش، گندم تحویل داده‌اند‌، پرداخت می‌شود و هیچگونه بدهی و معوقه در حال حاضر نداریم.

غضنفری با بیان این كه گمان نمی‌كنم‌، برای ذخیره‌سازی گندم نیازی به مكان‌های روباز نگهداری گندم داشته باشیم‌، افزود: با توجه به این كه شركت بازرگانی دولتی و هم بخش خصوصی ظرفیت‌های خوبی برای ذخیره سازی دارند‌، به طور قطع به نیاز ذخیره‌سازی پاسخ داده می‌شود‌.

وی تصریح كرد: هم اكنون برخی صاحبان سیلوهای بخش خصوصی از ما می‌خواهند تا گندم خریداری شده را به مراكز نگهداری آنها تحویل دهیم تا از این طریق گندم خریداری شده ظرفیت‌های خالی سیلو فعالان اقتصادی را پر كند.
